Sunday 6.00-7.30 PM – Collective Improvisation Class (Intermediate Level)

Explore the essence of improvisation, partnering principles and group work to train group listening and choice making. Experiencing meaningfulness instead of forcing the creation of meaning.

Part I: Cohesion ‍
We will start warming up and connecting with the function of our own body, using improvisation tools and ideas to create movement that is traveling in and out of the ground, as well as through space. You will become comfortable with the other people in the space and prepare your body to be stable and agile.

Part II: Tools
Focus on Partnering tools and exercises to use our movement as a communication tool. The exercises can be free and creative, like working with shapes, guidance: listening/following or resistance: agreeing/disagreeing.

Other exercises will be focusing on the technique of partnering: sharing weight, giving direction and moving from the center. This will include lifts without using only muscle power but rather want to understand the mechanics of the body.

Part III: Merging
In the last part the group is guided into an improvisation and composition where the tools from before can be applied. Through a common sense of movement collective decisions are made and the group is listening to itself and the space, while merging together into one ecosystem. Different realities can unfold and give room for exploration in the moment.

Sunday 7.45-9.00 PM – Massage / Ambient Listening (Open Level)

This class invites you to relax and reconnect with your body through a unique approach to massage and movement. In a supportive and guided environment, you’ll mostly work in trios, giving and receiving four-handed massages. Two people will use their hands and body weight to intuitively move and massage the third, creating a deeply nurturing experience.

You don’t need any professional massage experience—this process is all about listening to the body and moving in a way that feels natural and soothing. With guidance, you’ll learn how to tune into both your partner’s body and your own, creating a gentle, flowing exchange of care and attention.

The massages are fully clothed and focus on movement-based techniques rather than classical massage, allowing for a more intuitive and relaxed process. The session takes place on a grounding wooden floor, and sometimes live ambient music will accompany the experience, helping calm your nervous system.

Whether you’re seeking physical recovery or emotional relaxation, this class offers an inviting space to unwind and restore.
