Let go of expectations – Connect to your body and the people around you through
movement. During the session the group will slowly merge together into its own
harmonic ecosystem.
The sessions are structured into three parts:
Part I: Group Cohesion – Building Awareness, Opening the senses
Part II: Movements Tools – Technical input to move alone and with others
Part III: Merging – Movement journey, create together, follow your intuition
Special Requirements:
2G+ event – a negative test is required for everyone!
