Im Mittelpunkt steht es den eigenen Körper mehr und mehr als ein Instrument zu begreifen und zu nutzen. Tanztechnik und Improvisation gehen Hand in Hand.
Moderner Tanz
Freude am Körper und an der Bewegung. Die eigene Körpersprache entdecken und entwickeln. Das Erlernen von Technik und das Explorieren mit freier Bewegung verbinden wir mit Elementen aus dem BMC® (Body-Mind-Centering®).

The delight of the Body and of movement. We discover and develop our own body language. We combine the learning of technique and the exploration of free movement elements of BMC® (Body-Mind-Centering®).
