The Sensing Body in Contact Improvisation

Fascia, Axis, Intuition: Intelligence in Motion

Class every Friday (expect last Friday of each month) 16.15 to 17.45

This regular Contact Improvisation class is rooted in the Sensing Body practice. We explore movement as a dialogue between intuition, somatic listening, and the architecture of the body in space. The work activates your fascia and inner fluidity while cultivating awareness of your bone alignment and axis. Through solo and partner exercises, we investigate how sensation, structure, and improvisation co-create movement possibilities. You’ll deepen your capacity to feel and articulate motion from within—guided not only by physicality but by your intuitive intelligence. The class is physical, yet subtle: a place where bones respond to feeling, and movement emerges from presence.

The Sensing Body Practice

The Sensing Body Practice is a somatic technique I developed to awaken deep inner perception and interaction with the field. Rooted in dance and performative exploration, it also extends into mentoring, subconscious coaching, and non-human connection. I’ve worked with it for over 10 years, including with dogs and diverse global communities—both in person and online. The practice is part of the Multi-Universe Program, where sensing becomes a gateway to understanding how we shape reality. It is not only a dance tool—it is a living technology of alignment, presence, and inner architecture.
