In this class, we will reconnect with the body by moving with flow, both individually and in groups, using drills and short phrasings to build trust in our relationship to the floor. We will warm up using core Pilates elements and cool down with active stretching to encourage sustainable overall strength and awareness.
This class is about finding flow and expanding your comfort zone in search of more freedom and mobility from grounding.
