Baby Movement Group

with Baja Kostrunkova and Sandra Messow

The first year of life is a crucial time for your baby’s development. As parents and caregivers, it’s easy to feel overwhelmed or unsure if you’re “doing it right.” While we often focus on milestones, the important steps in between can sometimes be overlooked.
We are trained in movement development and are here to help and support — creating a safe and nurturing space. Together we will explore gentle, playful activities that encourage confidence and curiosity, while honouring both your baby’s natural development and your own journey as a parent.

Whether you’re a parent, loved one, or caregiver, join us at THE NEST to connect, play, and witness your baby’s incredible journey of movement and discovery.

Thursday  10:00 – 12:00

Sliding Scale from 14€ to 19€ per class

The Sensing Body in Contact Improvisation

Fascia, Axis, Intuition: Intelligence in Motion

Class every Friday (expect last Friday of each month) 16.15 to 17.45

This regular Contact Improvisation class is rooted in the Sensing Body practice. We explore movement as a dialogue between intuition, somatic listening, and the architecture of the body in space. The work activates your fascia and inner fluidity while cultivating awareness of your bone alignment and axis. Through solo and partner exercises, we investigate how sensation, structure, and improvisation co-create movement possibilities. You’ll deepen your capacity to feel and articulate motion from within—guided not only by physicality but by your intuitive intelligence. The class is physical, yet subtle: a place where bones respond to feeling, and movement emerges from presence.

Class 12 to 20 euro
10 Class packet 88 euro

The Sensing Body Practice

The Sensing Body Practice is a somatic technique I developed to awaken deep inner perception and interaction with the field. Rooted in dance and performative exploration, it also extends into mentoring, subconscious coaching, and non-human connection. I’ve worked with it for over 10 years, including with dogs and diverse global communities—both in person and online. The practice is part of the Multi-Universe Program, where sensing becomes a gateway to understanding how we shape reality. It is not only a dance tool—it is a living technology of alignment, presence, and inner architecture.

SCORE JAM

Welcome to the Monday Score Jam@K77!

How do we explore connection?

Connection to our bodies, our cells, our movement impulses, our senses, the space inside and around us. How do we drop the stories and dive into the flow of what wants to emerge when we allow ourselves to open to the moment?

What if we noticed that our strategies of not feeling the gap and instead filling it can be changed? What can we learn about ourselves when we deepen our awareness, allow the gap to be there and wait what wants to unfold from there?

There will be a guided intro and we will find different pathways into our somatic research. We start and end together in a circle.

Open to everyone who is curious to explore movement, improvisation and connection.

Non-dual movement class

with Zsófi

This class has no aim. The seeming you and all the seeming happenings are beyond something that words could describe. So, let some simple, joyful and fun moving happen! Except that there is no one leDng it, it will just as if. These bodies are perfectly and beauEfully being what they are and yet they are not. Movements are seemingly happening in the sEllness of the studio as well as everywhere else if there was something that’s not this. Some instrucEons might appear in a clear and direct way, but nothing that you must follow. Freedom includes the movement of bodies however that may be.

Come as you are, but since you are not the whole class just happens to be… and not even.

Look forward to see what happens if anything. With love,

Zsófi

CAPOEIRA für Kinder

Capoeira with Professora Alegría

Capoeira

Capoeira dates back to the discovery of Brazil by the Portuguese in the year 1500. Capoeira developed throughout Brazil during 350 years of slavery thereafter, and can be described as a “martial art disguised as a dance”, used by the African enslaved communities as a tool for freedom and a vehicle for liberation.

After the abolition of slavery in Brazil in 1888, Capoeira was illegal and its practitioners were socially excluded for more than 40 years. Mestre Bimba proved the legitimacy of Capoeira as an art form and proved its legitimacy, opening the first official Capoeira school in Bahia in 1932. In 1941 Mestre Pastinha opened a centre for the teaching and practice of traditional Capoeira. Many other Capoeira schools opened subsequently, and Capoeira began to have presence in the USA and Europe in the 1970’s.

In 2014 the Roda de Capoeira was introduced to the UNESCO list of Intangible Cultural Heritage.

Capoeira for Children

Capoeira nowadays is trained, taught and played as a sport and hobby, although it is much more than that – Capoeira is a lifestyle.

Capoeira is a cultural expression which fosters balance, strength and coordination but also discipline, awareness, respect and ritual. Students also learn to play 5 instruments and to sing and speak in Portuguese.

Capoeira is for every age and everyone. This class is specially for children and teenagers, but adults are more than welcome. Capoeira is often practiced as a family.

Professora Alegría

Tosca Salinas Lange was born in Madrid to a Spanish father and a Swedish mother.

Her first contact with Capoeira was in 1997. In 2000 she started training regularly with Mestre Matias in Bern, Switzerland (Escola Brasil Capoeira) and has taught in Bern, Barcelona and Berlin since 2006. She organises a yearly international Capoeira event.

Alegria trains and teaches under the supervision of Mestre Matias (Bern) and Mestre Bailarino (Berlin).

Professora Alegría teaches adults and children. Get in touch for more information.
