What makes you feel alive?

A somatic improvisation workshop where we tap into our sources of aliveness

facilitated by: Eszter Kalóz
Date: May 16th
Time: 11-2pm

I think it comes as no surprise to say that the systems around us (the pace and pressure of modern life) are making it increasingly difficult to stay in touch with LIFE, with the creative life forces that are inherent to all of us.

What makes you feel alive?

What’s moving you, underneath the noise?

What fuels your inner flame of creativity, curiosity and playfulness?

What brings you back to your human-ness?

We’ll open the space for curious somatic exploration. We’ll work with somatics, dance improvisation, contact improvisation, and other embodiment tools to tap into these questions.
