What?
In this workshop we will cultivate embodied presence exploring the theme of trust. We will dive into
practices from Body-Mind Centering, Somatic Movement and Contact Improvisation to deepen our
somatic listening skills. How can trust be felt in the body?
We will build confidence by rolling, falling, leaning, making friends with the earth, the wall and the other
human beings.
From a place of grounding we start to research with the bonbonds (www.lebonbond.com), how we can
trust in our own bodies and the others‘.
The workshop will be in German and/or English depending on the participants.
Who?
Everyone open to connection, movement, improvisation and play is welcome.

Was?
Wir erforschen das Thema Vertrauen in Bewegung und Präsenz.
Mit verschiedenen Übungen aus dem Body-Mind Centering, Somatic Movement und Contact
Improvisation verfeinern wir unsere Körperwahrnehmung. Wie und wo fühlst du Vertrauen in deinem
Körper? Was gibt dir Sicherheit?
Wir bauen Vertrauen auf, indem wir uns am Boden rollen, fallen und lehnen üben, uns dem Boden, der
Wand und den anderen Menschen im Raum anvertrauen.
Mit diesem sicheren Gefühl beginnen wir mit dem Bonbond (www.lebonbond.com) in die spielerische
Bewegung zu kommen und eine neue Dimension von Vertrauen zu erforschen.
Der Workshop wird auf deutsch und/oder englisch gehalten, je nach Gruppe.
Wer?
Alle Menschen, die Lust auf Verbindung in Bewegung, spielerisches Forschen und Improvisation haben,
sind willkommen.
