AMALGAM SoloFest is a platform for emerging and experienced performers to share and develop SOLO works and their creation process. An opportunity to open a dialogue between movement practitioners and stimulate research towards an amalgam of expression methods. Local and international artists gather for an evening of performances, dance, live music, installations, participatory activities and innovative discussion formats somewhere between Butoh and Contemporary Dance. As a result of the butemporary Caravan Solo artists share their impressions and exhcange some of their work in the context of an intercultural Berlin.

AMALGAM SoloFest ist eine Plattform für junge und erfahrene PerformerInnen um Solostücke zu entwickeln und mit anderen den kreativen Prozess zu teilen. Ein Dialog zwischen verschiedene Bewegungskünstler und ein Impuls für die Erforschung einer Mischung von Ausdrucksmethoden. Lokale und internationale Künstler sammeln sich für ein Abend mit Performances, Tanz, Musik, Installationen, partizipative und innovative Diskussionen zwischen Butoh und zeitgenössischem Tanz.
