About the teacher: Isabela Alzuguir is a Berlin-based Yoga teacher, Reiki practitioner, writer, editor, and intersectional feminist. After working as a writer for 15 years, Isabela moved to Berlin, where she earned a Master’s degree in US-American Studies (Humboldt-Universität). Thanks to her intersectional studies and to Yoga, she embraced the power of holding space for oneself and her wish to support others. This desire took her to Dharamshala, in the Indian Himalayas, where she became a certified multi-style Yoga teacher (Trimurti Yoga / Yoga Alliance RYT 200). Her mission is to help individuals experience movements of breath, body, mind, and spirit, engaging in a fun journey of exploration and self-discovery. To support this mission, she continuously works toward deepening her knowledge of Yoga and other holistic systems. Isabela also offers private classes in Berlin.
