A flow of movement and postures linked together through a steady rhythm of breath.
Some classes will focus on a specific body part or theme, while others will be more well rounded.
Moving with the breath in a balance of effort and ease has a calming effect on the mind and the nervous system.
Expect both verbal and hands on personal adjustments to develop a better understanding of alignment and a safe practice. Classes may also include certain breathing techniques, guided seated Meditation and maybe even some chanting. All are optional.
